Hybrid Event Streaming combines the best of both physical and virtual worlds. It involves live streaming an event to an online audience while also accommodating in-person attendees. This approach ensures a broader reach and inclusivity, as it enables participants to engage with the event, whether they are present on-site or joining remotely.

Customised solutions.

One of the biggest stumbling blocks for hybrid events is coordinating online networking.  As well as providing all the customised solutions of our live streaming service, we can also tailor and brand an online event and networking platform for our hybrid events that offers an engaging and quirky atmosphere for your online audience to mingle and connect as they would in a physical room.  They can walk in and out of conversations, look around trade stands and stalls, take a break in the AFK area, as well as watch the live stream of the event when it starts.  We don’t think of the virtual and physical audience as the same audience.  Ultimately what every attendee wants, whether physical or virtual, is an engaging, valuable, and relevant experience, not necessarily an identical one.  We can offer you a successful, differentiated experience that focusses on equal opportunities for creating experiences, encouraging connections, and facilitating interactions.
